Exploratory expedition to Norwegian and Barents Seas on board of Hanse Explorer.

In July 2016 Maria Alekseenko together with a group of close people has organised 1-week charter-expedition on board of 47m Hanse Explorer Yacht. Starting from Bodo in Nord Norway they have cruised all the way to the North, reaching North Cape, referred as northernmost point of Europe. Exploring appearances of sea-surfaces of Norwegian and Barents Sea, there are few beautiful shoots were made to create the photo-series WAVES OF NORDLAND, that are in introduced in the Gallery. The sea textures within polar circle have unique appearances mostly due to "low sky" reflections and frequently changeable weather conditions.
