"Sea Roses & Orchids" is limited series of fine art photos, which reveal the relationships between the flowers and the sea.

The expression "sea of flowers" is common to describe a huge flower-field. However this time it is taken literally.

Using double exposure technic to combine a seascape of agitated sea-waves and a portrait of rare blue roses or blue orchids in a single photo, the art-works of series " Sea Roses & Orchids" represent the unity of nature in its different forms.

A blue rose is a flower of the genus Rosa (family Rosaceae) that presents blue-to-violet pigmentation instead of the more common red, white, or yellow. Blue roses are often portrayed in art as symbols of love, prosperity, or immortality.

The symbolism of Blue Orchids goes all the way back to ancient Greece. Greeks believed the bold blue flowers were a symbol of virility and strength.

The sea always represents power, strength and life itself.

Each art-work from Series "Sea Roses & Orchids" allows to feel a unity of reliefs of sea surfaces and flowers and to get inspired by the harmony of nature.
